MONDAY-FRIDAY, DAYTIME ONLY

Are you a Head Chef with strong events and retail (cafe/restaurant) experience?

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to join the team at one of their B&I sites.

I am looking for a Head Chef who has the following:

• A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level

• Experience of managing a large BOH team

• Strong events experience

• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
