Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs
• Oversee the trade execution process, ensuring accuracy in trade booking and regulatory compliance
• Mentor junior team members in best practice for trade execution
• Analyse market trends and drivers to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with market conditions and client needs
• Partner with trading, research, corporate banking, and risk management teams to deliver solutions
• Facilitate effective cross-department communication to enhance client service
• Lead efforts to refine and optimise the sales process
• Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a learning culture
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management
