Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Sales & Marketing professional in Commodities Financing to originate and structure financing transactions across all commodities.

You will collaborate with trading and structuring teams and deliver customized commodity-linked financings to corporate clients. Role requires strong client engagement, financial modelling and risk assessment, with ability to produce term sheets and client materials.

Qualifications

• Track record of client engagement and negotiation with senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of structured finance concepts, modelling and credit analysis
• Understanding of risk and structuring mitigants to address associated risks
• Ability to pitch, produce term sheets and client-ready materials
• Basic financial derivatives understanding and commodities market risk
• High attention to detail and ownership mentality
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS Finance and/or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Originate and support commodity-linked financing opportunities with corporates, traders, processors and producers
• Maintain understanding of industry trends across commodities to identify financing opportunities
• Lead end-to-end pitch, structuring and execution of financings including title-based financing and refinery intermediation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals and ensure risk policies are met
• Develop and execute client strategy to deepen relationships and drive repeat transaction flow
