Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer - Executive Support to support a technology-enabled workforce. You will own incidents, help build laptops, tablets and phones, and assist on large projects while supporting VIP users. Travel to events may be required.

The role offers hybrid working with in-office presence two days weekly. You will bring experience with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs and networking, plus incident management and PowerShell skills to

Qualifications

• Experience resolving issues on diverse devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, AD, O365, VPNs and networking.
• Excellent people skills and ability to support VIP users.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents and service requests from users.
• Assist in building end-user devices (laptops, tablets, phones).
• Participate in large-scale business projects as required.
• Support VIP users on technical issues.
• Proactively health-check and update VIP devices.
• Travel to Jet2 events where IT support is needed.
