Qualifications

• Proven track record in executive compensation advisory.

• Ability to originate business and develop client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provide main support to Partners as trusted independent advisors to large clients.
• Lead client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to Remuneration Committees, senior executives, and boards of medium‑sized clients, typically outside the FTSE 100.
• Originate and drive business development, identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and contributing to the growth strategy of the practice.
• Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Play a key role in practice leadership, contributing to strategic direction, service innovation, and market positioning.
• Lead, develop, and mentor teams, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as institutional investors and proxy advisors, providing insight into evolving governance and market expectations.
• Drive thought leadership and market presence, including publishing insights, speaking at events, and enhancing A&M’s reputation in executive compensation.
• Ensure technical excellence, drawing on deep expertise across executive pay design, governance, and regulatory developments.
