Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH in the United Kingdom seeks talented individuals to join its Executive Compensation Services team. You will provide independent advice to Remuneration Committees and executive management of UK-based clients, ensuring executive reward aligns with strategy, stakeholder views are considered, regulatory and legal requirements are met, and clear communication is maintained.

We will provide comprehensive support and guidance to help you achieve your ACA qualification

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
• A 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree
• A-level (or equivalent) grades of ABB or above
• GCSE Maths and English grades of B (6) or above
• Strong proficiency in business-level English, with other languages being desirable
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (intermediate level), with database skills considered advantageous
• Relevant work experience is preferred, but not a necessity
• Evidence of non-academic achievements (let us know what you do outside of your studies)
