Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the UK delivers independent executive compensation advisory to boards and remuneration committees, aligning rewards with strategy and stakeholder interests across FTSE and private clients.

From day one you will contribute to challenging projects, receive ACA qualification support, and develop through the firm’s Tax, People Services and Equity Reward practices, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree.
• A-level ABB or above.
• GCSE Maths and English grade B (6) or above.
• Strong business-level English; additional languages desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (intermediate).
• Relevant work experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated non-academic achievements outside studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation advisory to boards and remuneration committees.
• Assist in aligning executive rewards with strategy and stakeholders.
• Support clients through IPOs, divestitures, acquisitions, and cross-border mobility events.
• Contribute to knowledge development and ACA qualification support.
