The Team

A&M’s UK executive compensation team has been advising since 2020. It is led by three experienced practitioners and supports a broad range of companies and remuneration committees in developing and executing remuneration arrangements aligned with their strategies, cultures, and stakeholders. The team advises around 10 % of the FTSE 100, with clients in the FTSE 250, Small Cap, and private companies. It operates within the People Services section of A&M Tax, alongside People, Reward and Performance, Equity Reward, and Employment Taxes.
