Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is searching for a Director of Operations for a Private Members’ Golf Club in Chippenham. You will oversee the non-golf business, work alongside the Director of Golf, and report to the Board to professionalise administration, hospitality, and the club’s estate.

You will drive 25% F&B growth, manage a £1.5m turnover, and lead HR, payroll, and governance across a high-end hospitality environment. A hands-on leader with strong commercial drive is required.

Qualifications

• Proven GM or Operations Director experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen with a revenue growth track record.
• Experience restructuring organisations and developing teams.
• Excellent communication with Boards and Committees.
• Non‑golf background welcomed; business and hospitality expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of non-golf business; report to Board.
• Lead admin and hospitality functions; drive financial objectives.
• Deliver 25% annual growth in F&B.
• Manage £1.5m turnover; oversee P&L and cash flow.
