Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a strategic Program Manager, Executive Briefings in London to lead the global briefing program at your location. You will own end-to-end orchestration, including qualification, agenda design, and speaker selection, collaborating with Sales and regional teams.

You’ll coordinate cross-functional partners across product, research, and executive teams to deliver consistent, high-quality briefings, with on-site execution and a global standard.

Qualifications

• Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or senior audiences.
• Strong program-management skills with capacity planning and SLA governance.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the Executive Briefing program at your location: calendar, capacity, intake, SLAs.
• Lead discovery with account teams to tailor agendas to customer objectives.
• Design and co-own agendas with Sales for every briefing.
• Build and manage speaker bench: identify, source, and match speakers.
• Oversee day-of orchestration and customer experience at your center.
• Contribute to playbooks, tooling, and best practices for scaling across centers.
• Coordinate intake and triage across time zones for timely decisions.
• Maintain single source of truth for criteria, lead times, and process.
• Own measurement and reporting for your center and global briefing metrics.
• Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors.
• Have experience running executive briefings or similar programs.
• Show program-management skills, including prioritization and SLA management.
• Track, report, and communicate program metrics effectively.
• Communicate with executives and internal subject matter experts clearly.
• Work on site at briefing center when briefings take place.
