Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Principal Marketing Specialist, CXC Briefing Advisor in London to lead the executive briefing lifecycle. You will design, coordinate, and manage high-impact briefing experiences for C-suite engagements, aligning objectives with NTT DATA solutions and business goals.

You will mentor staff, oversee content and delivery quality, and partner with the Marketing Events Team to produce world-class experiences. Strong communication and budget mastery are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee London Client Experience programme end-to-end from discovery to post-engagement reporting.
• Develop executive briefing strategies aligned with customer objectives and company goals.
• Mentor and coach CXC staff and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Manage briefing management system, scheduling and budget controls.
