Join us in London and report directly to our Head of People. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend approximately 60% of your time as a right hand to our CEO and 40% leading key people & office initiatives that shape our growing team.

Key responsibilities:

Executive Assistance

  • Serve as the CEO’s right hand, providing high-level executive support that enables focus, clarity, and impact. You’ll manage calendars, inboxes, and travel with precision. You always stay two steps ahead.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with key stakeholders and assist with the execution of strategic and cultural initiatives.
  • Act as a force multiplier and a trusted partner who creates space for leadership. You ensure seamless operations, embody discretion and excellence in every interaction.

People Operations

  • Run payroll operations smoothly and collaborate closely with our external providers for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and optimize our fringe benefits: health insurance, pension plans, maternity/paternity leave, stock options plan, daily lunches, etc.
  • Act as the go-to person for all employees regarding office matters, payrolling, and socials — approachable, trustworthy, and fun to work with.
  • Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — and lead initiatives that improve engagement and retention.

Office & Culture

  • Be responsible for our UK office — ensuring it’s not just functional, but an inspiring place to work that people love to come to.
  • Organise internal cultural events, offsites, and team socials that connect and energise our team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the London office, including managing daily lunches, office supplies, equipment, cleanliness, and ensuring a productive work environment.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Are a key culture ambassador who knows how to reinforce values, build connection, and support team spirit in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Have some years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant and/or People & Office role at a fast-growing tech company.
  • Bring strong organisational skills and thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can shift.
  • You know how to create structure in chaos without losing your cool.
  • Have hands-on experience with payroll and employee benefits in the UK.
  • Are passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
  • Love organising events and experiences that make people feel appreciated and connected.
  • Are a strong communicator and comfortable working with cross-border teams.
  • Are proactive, people-minded, structured, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Have a natural sense for office vibe, layout, and workplace design that helps drive attendance and satisfaction.

Our offer

  • A position with impact: Join a fast-growing tech scale-up with an innovative culture and tremendous market opportunity.
  • A fully optimised & competitive remuneration package.
  • Equity compensation in the form of ESOP.
  • Top-class equipment to thrive: Including MacBook and Widescreen 34' monitor.
  • Investment in your well-being: Top-notch health, hospital & dental insurance, and a pension plan.
  • Monthly team activities & yearly team retreat.
  • Stunning, light-filled office in the heart of London (Fitzrovia).
  • Free lunch on office days.
