As a BDM, you'll wear many hats, including:
Proven coaching and mentoring skills, sales experience in travel, leadership ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, social media and marketing knowledge, customer service excellence, self-motivation, and industry experience. A professional coaching qualification (e.g., ILM Level 5) is preferred.
