C&C Search is recruiting a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO in a dynamic, high-profile London-based organisation.

The role is hybrid, with 4 days per week in the office, offering a bonus, generous pension, private medical and life insurance. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Board, becoming a trusted partner in the Executive Office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior/Strategic Executive Assistant.
• Experience supporting a CEO alongside another C-suite executive.

• Provide high-level, proactive support to the CEO and COO, managing diaries and travel.
• Anticipate requirements and prep executives for meetings and priorities.

• Build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support governance, strategic projects and wider Executive Office priorities.
• Identify process improvements using Microsoft tools and Copilot; adapt to events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, strategic EA who enjoys operating at the heart of a business, working closely with senior leadership and the Board.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Executive Assistant position:

• Providing high-level, proactive support to the CEO and COO, managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and competing priorities
• Anticipating requirements and ensuring the executives are fully prepared for meetings, commitments and key business priorities
• Coordinating Board and senior leadership meetings, including preparation of Board packs and supporting documentation
• Building trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
• Supporting governance responsibilities, strategic projects, company events and wider Executive Office priorities
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, including through Microsoft and Copilot tools
• Remaining flexible to support occasional evening meetings and events

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Significant experience operating as a Senior or Strategic Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a CEO alongside another C-suite executive
• Proven experience working directly with a CEO in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong Board-level experience, including preparing and coordinating Board packs and meetings
• Excellent diary, travel and priority management skills
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and take ownership
• Strong critical thinking skills, commercial awareness and excellent judgement
• A confident and credible communicator who is comfortable engaging with Board members and senior stakeholders
• Bright, curious and highly organised, with excellent relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
• Calm, polished and discreet, particularly when managing sensitive or confidential matters
• A stable career history demonstrating commitment and longevity
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
• Flexible and happy to work predominantly from the office
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an interest in using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Experience within the events industry would be beneficial but is not essential
