Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives in a fast-paced parking company, ensuring seamless management of schedules, travel, and communication. This role involves coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and assisting with key projects to drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  2. Organize and manage executive meetings, events, and special projects across departments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  3. Serve as a communication liaison, handling correspondence, stakeholder relations, and maintaining confidentiality.
  4. Manage expense reports, office budgets, and ensure the efficient processing of invoices and financial records.
  5. Support operational efficiency through document preparation, filing, and assisting in streamlining business processes.

Qualifications

Experience
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  4. Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools).
  5. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
