We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a dynamic team of marketing, medical, and ecosystem professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the BII Franchise.

This an initial 3 month contract with possible extension. This role can offer flexibility in working from home, but some site presence is expected.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • As the Executive Assistant, you will provide reliable administrative support for Solution Leads, Medical Leads, Ecosystem Leads, and Healthcare & Access Partners.
  • As the Executive Assistant, you will perform general administrative and secretarial duties including managing communication, processing invoices, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining office systems.
  • As the Executive Assistant, you will co-ordinate external and internal meetings, including managing agendas, room bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
  • As the Executive Assistant, you will maintain up-to-date records for the BII Team, including contact details, contractor records, and team calendars.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Coordinator providing broad administrative support to a team, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP accounting systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high levels of personal organisation, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
