This is a self-employed contract and remote role for an Executive Assistant / Project Manager representing EBL Business Support.

Company Description

Responsibilities (depending on client requirements):

1-1 Support:

  • Arranging complex client travel, visas, and accommodation
  • Meeting organisation
  • Gatekeeping/Point of Contact
  • Assisting with expense claims and invoicing

Project Management

  • Handling personal and business projects with precision
  • Organising projects and ensuring alignment with objectives and goals
  • Managing special projects from conception to completion
  • Streamlining processes and improving operational efficiencies
  • Monitoring and responding to comments/messages post-creation

Client and Supplier Liaison

  • Liaising, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Desirable: Experience with or within Executive search firms or Internal Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, self-driven, and exceptionally organised, thriving in fast-paced environments. They should manage multiple tasks simultaneously, remain composed under pressure, and possess outstanding communication skills. Attention to detail, professionalism, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service are essential. Technical proficiency across various platforms, including Microsoft Office 365, G-Suite, and SharePoint, is required. Prior experience as a high-level Personal or Executive Assistant is also necessary.
