Overview
Infosys is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to primarily support an Executive Vice President (EVP) & Segment Head, based in our London office. In addition, the role will extend support to the EVP & Industry Head (IH) for EMEA. The position requires a confident, flexible, and proactive professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and provide seamless executive-level support. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion, while thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the EVP & Segment Head, including calendar, travel, and meeting management.
- Extend administrative and coordination support to the EVP & IH, EMEA, ensuring effective time and priority management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings/calls (onsite and virtual) across multiple time zones with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and support with meeting materials, presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Manage travel bookings, logistics, and associated expense claims for executives.
- Maintain and update stakeholder contacts, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
- Liaise with senior executives, clients, and partners in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations and special initiatives, ensuring alignment with Infosys policies and guidelines.
- Partner with enabling functions such as SPO, HR, Finance, and Facilities for seamless support.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in travel coordination, expense management, and administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment.
- Prior experience supporting C-level or regional executives in a global organization preferred.
