The role involves managing agendas, organizing meetings, and providing high-level administrative support. We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support our Executive team, providing comprehensive assistance to the Directors of the RLH and ME Senior Hospital Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with first-class executive administrative skills, capable of managing a busy and varied workload.
Responsibilities include managing agendas, circulating committee packs, taking minutes, diary and email management, organizing meetings, handling telephone inquiries, drafting agendas, and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, diplomacy, discretion, and strong IT skills. Previous experience in a senior PA/EA role within a large organization is preferred.
The Executive Assistant is vital for the effective management of the department, working independently and as part of the senior management team.
