Projects & Strategic Initiatives
  • Support the coordination of cross-organisational projects aligned to agency priorities, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered on time
  • Assist with culture, engagement and internal communications initiatives, helping to organise activities and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Provide support to the ongoing development and delivery of DE&I programmes, coordinating logistics and supporting implementation.

  • Be a cultural ambassador for Tangerine’s employee-owned ethos
  • Cascade leadership messages and ensure alignment across teams
  • Help shape a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace environment
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong EA experience in a fast-paced environment
