From shaping campaign concepts and developing content to supporting pitches and producing creative assets, you'll bring strategic thinking and creative flair to every stage of the process.
You’ll immerse yourself in the industries and policy environments our clients work in, learning what keeps their audiences up at night and the creative that will make them notice us. You'll collaborate closely with our teams of strategists, producers, designers and videographers to ensure ideas are not only imaginative, but also practical, effective and aligned to client goals.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Develop creative concepts and content ideas for B2B and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
Monitor clients’ worlds for creative opportunities to help people connect with their work and promote their products.
Create engaging communications for campaigns, social media, video, events, thought leadership and brand activity.
Work closely with strategy and client teams to translate complex challenges into clear, audience-focused creative solutions.
Support the development of integrated campaign ideas from initial brief through to delivery.
Contribute to and lead creative workshops, brainstorming sessions and team ideation.
Produce presentations, concepts and creative proposals for client meetings and new business opportunities.
Write clear, engaging copy across multiple channels and formats.
Collaborate with designers, producers and external partners to bring ideas to life.
Ensure all creative output is aligned to brand guidelines, strategic objectives and audience needs.
Stay informed on creative, media and communications trends, identifying opportunities to enhance client work.
Support the delivery of projects to a high standard, balancing creativity with commercial effectiveness.
3-5 years' experience in a creative, content, communications or agency environment.
Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to develop ideas from insight through to execution.
Experience creating work across a variety of channels, including social, digital, video, events and brand communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to simplify complex subjects into engaging, audience-focused content.
A collaborative approach and confidence working with colleagues across strategy, client services and production.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Curiosity about business, communications and audience behaviour.
A portfolio showcasing creative thinking, problem-solving and effective execution across a range of projects, including examples of B2B or corporate communications.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and excited by the opportunity to create work that helps organisations communicate more effectively with the audiences that matter most.
