Role: Executive Assistant
Days: Monday - Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 gross per annum
Start: ASAP

Our client is seeking an experienced, switched on, multitasking EA to provide full support in this busy, fast-paced position. This is an incredible opportunity working for an UHNWI with wide-ranging international business interests and investments. They are looking for a London based EA who can be flexible to travel. An ideal candidate for this position is astute, focused and switched on with a background in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Private Family Offices or similar used to working with HNWI.

Given the extensive global business interests of the private family office, you will be required to manage complex scheduling, travel, meeting coordination and liaise with stakeholders across international time zones. Other responsibilities will include email management, gatekeeping, liaising with staff, research, preparing reports and supporting any personal assistant tasks.

You will work closely with the COS and other senior business staff providing flexible support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated professional EA who is highly experienced in luxury services. It is imperative you have excellent time management skills and a natural ability to prioritise and manage many deadlines. You should be able to pre-empt problems and plan ahead at all times. Logistical and organisation skills will be your strengths, alongside having fantastic communication skills, excellent admin, being detail-focused and concise. You must be a self-starter who is proactive, personable, professional and discreet. An ability to excel at extensive travel planning with detailed itineraries is essential. Your personal standards will be high and you will connect with your role and have much to offer.

  6. Have extensive senior-level experience in a fast-paced environment of professional services, ideally in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Private Family Offices or similar used to working with HNWI
  7. Fluent command of English
