Rightmove seeks an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant to support the COO and CMO. This hybrid role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and driving strategic projects in a fast-paced environment. Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in London)

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-impact role and wants to be a true partner to two supportive leaders.
Not only will you be managing your Execs complex schedules by delivering world class EA support, but you will have the opportunity to drive strategic projects and help shape how the team operates cross functionally.
You’ll play a vital role in helping our COO and CMO stay focused, aligned, and effective while also acting as a connector and enabler across the broader team. You won’t just be behind the scenes, you’ll be a visible, valued part of how we operate. Your responsibilities will include:
