Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Global Trading Officer by providing comprehensive administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing for meetings, and acting as a liaison between the line manager and key stakeholders. You will ensure that all activities are completed to the highest standard, aligning with Gallagher's values and stakeholder expectations.

How you'll make an impact
  • Administrative Support:Efficiently manage the Chief Global Trading Officer’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics. Handle monthly expenses and audio typing.
  • Communication and Coordination:Serve as a liaison to ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Information Management:Maintain confidential documentation and assist in data collation and summary preparation.
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow-up:Prepare agendas and materials, track action items, and follow up on commitments.
  • Document Review and Organisation:Draft and proofread reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Special Projects:Collaborate on events and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Other Duties:Provide cover for absences and assist with executive expenses.
About you
  • Proven experience in executive-level support with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficient in audio typing and MS Office, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable managing complex travel itineraries and working to tight deadlines.
  • Must have right to work in the UK.
