An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director during maternity leave. This role requires a proactive individual with proven experience in EA support, particularly in regulated environments. Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director covering maternity leave July 2025 – Mid July 2026.
You will work directly for the Managing Director and will also work closely with the Head of Governance and Regulatory Reporting to provide fully effective service to the MD office, This will be achieved through providing proactive support, ensuring the MD is made aware of high priority activities and manging their diary to ensure that they make best use of their time to be highly effective. This post holder will need to have the confidence to exercise their initiative, make decisions and will also be required to take a proactive approach.
This role requires a strong, well-rounded and dynamic individual with proven EA skills, and who has worked in a similar high paced role, ideally in an FCA regulated business at a Managing Director Level and has a demonstrable ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
If successful you will be required to complete BPSS and SC clearance level of vetting.
