With new leadership, fresh opportunities, and a bold strategic plan, we are looking for talented Executive Assistants to play a vital role in supporting our senior leaders and helping shape the future of our organisation.

Location: Sandwell College

Compensation: £29,680 - £39,154 / year

Responsibilities
  • Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support
  • Be a first line of contact for enquiries from internal and external sources, assessing and handling queries in full
  • Responsible for the Executive Team diaries including scheduling recurring routine meetings, managing and handling papers for wide variety of boards and meetings
  • Planning and preparing for events, working in collaboration with other departments and external parties
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and liaising effectively with the College’s internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and wider SLT
  • Support and deputise for the Senior Executive Assistant as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Significant experience as a PA or EA, supporting senior executives in the public or private sector
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising at all levels
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
  • High attention to detail and strong IT skills to support effective administration
