Job description

We are seekingto appoint an enthusiastic, well-organised and effective ExecutiveAssistant to provide administrative support to theExecutive Senior Leadership Team in their responsibilities related to schoolleadership, administration and management.

This is akey administrative role, and the successful candidate will work closely withthe Senior Leadership Team. This interesting and varied post will includeduties such as attending meetings, taking minutes, preparing reports, assistingwith diary management, events organisation, compiling the annual CollegeCalendar of events, undertaking specific project work and providingcomprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leaders of the Trust.

Thesuccessful candidate will need to have excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, dealing with members of the public, staff and pupils in adiscreet, friendly and professional manner.
