Job summary

Sandwell College is seeking a Curriculum Administrator to join the Central Student Services team on a part-time permanent basis. The role involves providing administrative support, minute-taking, and managing communications with parents and students.

The successful candidate will handle MIS, enrolment procedures, and operate with a high level of confidentiality, contributing to smooth administrative processes across curriculum teams.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, including the use of functions.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Experience of minute taking and working with Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify errors.

Responsibilities

Description

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Curriculum Administrator to join our Student Services team on a part-time permanent basis working.

This is an important administrative role providing comprehensive support across Student Services and designated curriculum teams. You will play a key part in keeping administrative processes running smoothly and supporting effective communication between management, staff, students, parents and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to senior staff and designated curriculum teams
  • Taking accurate minutes at relevant meetings and working groups
