Job description

Here for people. Here for communities. Here for you.

As Executive Assistant you’ll provide high-level administrative, organisational and project support to the CEO and Executive Team, ensuring the smooth running of executive operations and key organisational priorities.

You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders, helping to keep our Executive Team organised, informed and focused.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll make a real impact by enabling our leaders to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and communities.

We put people first, offering great training, supportive teams and opportunities to grow your career.

Please note: We're unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

This role involves travelling independently across our sites and services as part of day-to-day duties. You may have access to a company vehicle, but for most roles you’ll need to use your own vehicle.

Because of this, you’ll need to hold a full, valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle. If you use your own vehicle for work, you’ll also need appropriate insurance (for example business use).

If you’re unsure whether you can meet these requirements, please get in touch before applying and we’ll be happy to help.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Executive Team.
  • Coordinate executive diaries, meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefings and correspondence.
  • Support organisational projects through research, analysis and progress tracking.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

You can find the full job description attached for a more detailed overview of the role.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written skills, with experience producing reports, presentations and executive documentation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, using initiative and sound judgement to anticipate needs and solve problems.
  • Professionalism, discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, senior leaders and external partners.

While a relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable, we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience and expertise gained in practice.
