StepChange Debt Charity is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality support to the Executive Team. You will manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefing papers and help keep senior leaders organised in a fast-paced charity environment.

As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-quality support to our Executive Team, helping senior leaders manage busy schedules, changing priorities and the demands of a fast-paced organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Executive Office, you'll be responsible for coordinating diaries, meetings, travel and key activities while ensuring our Executive Team is well prepared, informed and able to focus on leading the charity.
No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating leadership meetings, collating briefing materials, organising an event, supporting an Executive Office project or responding to changing priorities across the Executive Team. You'll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
Working as part of a supportive Executive Office team, you'll build strong relationships across the organisation and play an important role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build their experience by working closely with senior leaders across the charity.
