Overview Of The Role

Exchange Product Manager will be responsible for managing Flutter’s Exchange White Label product and partners.

Job title: Exchange Product Manager

Location: Leeds/London/Dublin

Overview Of The Role

Exchange Product Manager will be responsible for managing Flutter’s Exchange White Label product and partners.

As the Exchange Product Manager, EWL, you own the relationships our third party development partner who build and maintain the white label application, and partners who take the product. Working with both the Senior Product Manager, EWL and Head of Product, Business Development, you will help define the 3-5 year vision and strategy, and deliver the plans. As well as managing existing partner requests, you will support the Exchange Partnerships team to attract prospects and onboard new partners, and support any opportunities identified across the group to better utilise this Flutter Edge asset

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for EWL.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the EWL system and Exchange ecosystem.
  • Lead the delivery squad including sprint planning, priorities & resourcing to achieve the product vision and strategy
  • Manage the relationship with our third-party development partner, ensuring operations of agreement run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage existing EWL partners in a product development capacity.
  • Conduct discovery on partner requests, evaluate with the development team and prioritize (or deprioritize) accordingly.
  • Support Exchange Partnerships function in new partner acquisition. Facilitate product demos, discovery sessions and workshops.
  • Manage the process of EWL integrations from initiation to delivery, acting as the primary contact for new partners during any integration, testing, or product launch
  • Define critical metrics and validate the impact of new product features and releases
  • Communicate EWL product plans and business value to stakeholders and the wider group
  • Engage with wider product teams and manage any dependencies upon those teams that may be required to advance EWL product ambitions
  • Be the advocate and expert of the EWL proposition in the business

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of Product Management / Product Delivery/ Design / BA experience.
  • Track record of success in a technical or product role for delivering against a product roadmap or programme
  • Partnership centric individual that understands the needs of partners and collaborators, and proven in establishing and maintaining effective partner relationships
  • Capable of shifting effectively between long-term strategic perspectives, work and initiatives to the immediate operational/technical requirements and SLAs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation. Ability to digest complex information and simplify it key to success
  • Naturally collaborative, and with a desire to be part of a highly successful team rather than just a highly successful individual
  • Influencing skills – ability to collaborate well and develop strong relationships across the group to order to influence outcomes
  • Experience managing third partner providers/agencies
  • Understanding of the sports betting and gaming industry
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new scenarios and navigate fluidly developing situations with ease
  • Willingness to travel (conferences, client meetings)

It’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list. We love people who want to challenge themselves and are passionate about what they do. If you believe you can contribute in some areas and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
