Axis CLC Group’s CARE Team in London and the South East is recruiting a skilled multi-trade operative for social housing maintenance, delivering high workmanship and customer service across occupied and void properties. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating, keep accurate records, use handheld devices, and liaise with residents.
A full UK driving licence is required; salary up to £43,000, plus company van, fuel card, and extra
The CARE Team is a specialist operational team working across London and the South East, established to strengthen performance on our most critical and high-risk contracts, supporting our clients’ and residents’ needs. The team is deployed where it delivers the greatest value, supporting peak demand, new contract mobilisations, and complex operational challenges that require experienced, high-impact intervention.

Carry out a range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Work across responsive repairs, planned maintenance and remedial tasks as required, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to specification. Support the smooth delivery of services in social housing and property maintenance environments, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with residents, colleagues and clients.
