Qualifications

• Experience in higher education environments and understanding of academic administration processes.

• Proven experience leading and developing staff and driving process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and delivery of central examination operations across the University.
• Oversee examination cycles: scheduling, venues, on-the-day management and invigilation arrangements.
• Provide leadership to the Exams team, manage risk and incident resolution, and drive service excellence.
