• Experience and knowledge of examination processes, academic regulations and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead, develop staff and drive process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of central examination operations across the University, ensuring compliance with academic regulations and governance requirements.
• Manage examination cycles, including scheduling, venue allocation, on-the-day management and invigilation arrangements.
• Provide leadership to the Exams team, oversee risk management and incident resolution, and work with stakeholders to deliver an excellent student experience.
• Contribute to service enhancement, reporting and operational performance monitoring.
