Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Senior member of the Central Exams Team to lead the operational delivery of centrally administered examinations across multiple campuses. You will act as the senior contact for stakeholders and drive service excellence.

Based at Clerkenwell with hybrid working, you will coordinate schedules, venues, invigilation and reasonable adjustments while promoting compliance and continuous improvement in examination processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering examination or similar operational services in higher education or a regulated environment.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of centrally administered examinations across multiple campuses.
• Provide expert advice on examination processes and regulations to academic and professional stakeholders.
