Job summary

Oldham College in Greater Manchester is seeking an Exams Administrator to support the effective delivery of examination services. The role will require regular evening work, so flexibility is essential.

You will manage exam entries and registrations, coordinate timetables and invigilation, and ensure materials are securely handled in line with awarding body rules. You will also process results, maintain records, and handle staff and student enquiries with accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a busy office or education environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT and data skills, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing and accurate data input.
  • Effective communication and teamwork, liaising confidently with colleagues, students and external organisations.
  • Ability to work accurately and independently, analyse information, make informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities.

About The Role
