Supporting Education Group in Farnborough is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for their exam provision. This is a key administrative role at the heart of our exam provision. You'll coordinate the end‑to‑end exam process, ensuring learners have the right exams in place, at the right time, with the right support. You'll work closely with colleagues, tutors, parents/carers and external exam centres – keeping everyone informed and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys organisation, problem‑solving and working as part of a supportive team.
No formal qualifications are required, though GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grade 4 or above) are desirable.

This role also requires criminal records checks in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and safeguarding legislation. For roles in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, this is a DBS check or PVG Scheme in Scotland. The level of check required will determine what you need to disclose.
