The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient and effective administration of all internal and external examinations across the federation.
They will administer all matters relating to internal and external accreditation and examinations, including recruitment and training of external examination invigilators. They will liaise with Heads of Department, learners/parents regarding examination entries, results and internal verification. They will liaise with the relevant examination boards regarding delivery/collection of examination papers, scripts and stationery. They will be responsible for good practice in relation to storage, security and distribution of examination papers, scripts and stationery. They will need to be present in school on the days when exam results are notified which will include downloading base data from examination boards’ into the appropriate examination software.
They will also be expected to provide further clerical support which includes, reception, reprographics and keeping records up to date under the direction of the Executive Business Manager to support the efficient administration and organisation of the federation.

The Aspire Federation has four sites based in Hindley, Bryn, Abram and Leigh. Whilst the post will initially be based at one site, please be advised that the post holder will be required to work across all of the federated sites.
