Job summary

MBDA is growing its Electromagnetic Warfare capabilities and seeks an Equipment Requirement Authority (ERA) within the RF Systems Team. You will own equipment requirements, ensure proper flow-down to suppliers, and secure testing evidence while meeting time, cost and quality targets.

Reporting to a Design Lead, you’ll collaborate across internal and external partners. Experience with RF systems and clear requirement specification is essential; knowledge of RF architecture from related domains is

• Broad understanding of the engineering design process.
• Experience with RF/electronic systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of RF architecture and design is advantageous.

• Define and manage the development of equipment requirements.
• Ensure flow down into the supply chain and collect evidence through testing/analysis.
• Coordinate verification strategies with customers and partners.
