MBDA Bristol is seeking an Equipment Requirement Authority (ERA) within the EW Group to lead the development of RF system requirements for missile payloads. You will work with the wider organisation and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining security and quality across the development cycle.

Salary: Up to £62k [dependent on experience]
Dynamic (Hybrid) Working Pattern: Typically for this role, due to the nature of the work, you will need to work a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
Security Clearance: MBDA UK requires all employees to achieve the required medical and national security clearance for their role. Due to the nature of our business, this particular vacancy requires the applicant to be a British Citizen, or a Dual UK national with British citizenship, and capable of achieving a DV clearance level.

Our EW Group supports activities on all relevant WS and missile programmes, with specific responsibilities for the physical integration and functional operation of RF Electronic Support / Attack payloads as part of the wider EW effects chain at Missile, Weapon System and System of Systems levels.
The RF Systems Team within the EW Group has a vacancy for an Equipment Requirement Authority (ERA). The role is within an exciting project which is at the forefront of a new and growing domain, and you will have the opportunity to own and steer the development of the product. The ERA will work with the wider organisation and industrial partners to ensure delivery of the configured hardware and validation evidence whilst ensuring time, cost and quality constraints are adhered to. Reporting directly to a Design Lead or Chief Design Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the development of your equipment's requirements, ensuring suitable flow down into the supply chain (internal or external), specifying and collecting technical evidence through testing or analysis, and ensuring safe and secure integrity is maintained throughout the development cycle and into the hands of our Customers.
