Job summary

MBDA is seeking experienced systems or design engineers for the role of Equipment Requirement Authority (ERA) in Bristol. This position involves managing equipment requirements and ensuring compliance within projects in the Complex Weapons Sector.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the engineering design process and can manage technical requirements effectively. A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £57,000 is offered, along with a variety of benefits including a company bonus and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of engineering design processes and applications.
• Knowledge of high integrity hardware and networking technologies.
• Experience managing a team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical status and progression of assigned work packages.
• Specify requirements for the design team.
• Work with Design Authorities to define the solution.
