Job summary

MBDA is recruiting for an Equipment Requirement Authority within the EW Group to own and steer the development of hardware requirements for RF electronic support/attack payloads. You will ensure proper flow-down into the supply chain, gather technical evidence through testing and analysis, and maintain safety and security throughout the lifecycle, reporting to a Design Lead.

The role involves working with internal/external partners to meet time, cost and quality constraints, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems.
• Ability to specify clear and accurate requirements onto design teams.
• Experience with development lifecycle and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer development of equipment requirements.
• Ensure flow-down of requirements to internal and external suppliers.
• Define verification and validation strategies with the project team.
• Manage supplier performance within cost, schedule and technical constraints.
