Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a CFO Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of CFO Evolution in custody and community settings. You will oversee prison and community services, manage a team, and ensure high-quality outcomes with effective timetabling, case management and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires safeguarding focus, governance adherence, and strong leadership in a target-driven environment. Home-based with office/work locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to motivate and develop teams toward targets.
• Ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment with a people-centered approach.
• Knowledge of local labour markets and disadvantaged groups; strong admin and MS Office skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; DBS clearance and prison vetting requirements; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of CFO Wings and Core/Feeder Prison services with timetabling and case management.
• Lead, manage, and develop CFO Support Workers and Evolution Wing Facilitators to high performance.
• Maintain safeguarding, risk management and incident reporting in line with policies.
• Build relationships with prison, probation, community employers and multi-agency partners.
• Drive performance, quality and improvements through data, monitoring, and subcontractor oversight.
