Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus invites applications for a Client Account Executive. You will develop relationships with clients, promoters and organisers, coordinate event setups on our ticketing platform, and manage allocations and settlements to maximise sales.

Role involves coordinating with marketing, sales and event planning teams to ensure accurate event details across all channels, maintaining manifests, and delivering excellent customer service at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to liaise with promoters, event planners and internal teams.
• Proven track record in coordinating events and tickets from setup to sale.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple events and client allocations with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, organisers and promoters to understand business requirements.
• Liaise with Client, Promoter, Event Planning Team, Sales Team and Business Development Team for each event.
• Assist with setup of shows/events on the ticketing system and online for accurate sales.
• Create and update manifests ensuring correct capacity and allocations.
• Inform clients of sales figures and negotiate allocations as needed.
• Manage event files with contracts, layouts, and settlement details.
• Coordinate with Marketing to display correct event information across channels.
• Ensure all points of sale have full event/venue information before presales.
