Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus on Liverpool's waterfront is seeking a Client Account Executive to join the team. The role involves building relationships with clients, promoters and event teams to ensure events run smoothly and meet client requirements.

You'll manage ticketing setup, coordinates with sales and marketing, and support day-to-day operations in a busy venue environment. A fixed-term contract offers competitive benefits and the chance to play a key part in inspiring events at the LEX

Qualifications

• Experience in the events sector.
• Ticketing systems experience.
• Experience in the sales industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, organisers and promoters to understand business requirements, building and maintaining positive relationships.
• Liaise with the Client, Promoter/Event Organiser, Event Planning Team, Sales Team and Business Development Team for each event to ensure information is received to set up and manage each event.
• Assist with the setup and enabling of shows/events on the ticketing system and online to ensure events on sale through the Box Office are set up correctly to schedule; create venue, seating layout, price charts and ticket templates.
• Create and update manifests for each relevant event to ensure capacity/allocation is maintained.
• Liaise with promoters/clients to confirm ticket allocations and ensure stock is received in time for delivery or collection.
• Create and maintain an event file with contract details, layouts, allocations and settlements to ensure records are complete.
• Inform the client of sales figures and stay proactive in negotiations to increase allocations and settlements at event close.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Promotions to ensure correct event information is displayed across websites and marketing material.
• Check tickets are available at all points of sale and that sale materials include full event/venue information before presales and onsales.
• Monitor the LEX Liverpool Ticketing Department to maintain high levels of care, courtesy and timely customer responses.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Ticketing Department to ensure smooth presentation and administration on event days.
• Sell and promote all shows/events with enthusiasm to maximise sales.
