Mowgli Street Food in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Events & Sales Manager to lead our bookings team and drive the events, private dining and group bookings function. You’ll own the events strategy, develop propositions and work with operations and marketing to convert enquiries into memorable experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in events, hospitality sales, private dining or group bookings.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and meeting commercial targets.
• Experience leading and developing a sales or events team.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop the events, group bookings and private dining strategy across the estate.
• Build a commercial plan for private dining and large-party bookings.
• Identify opportunities to maximise event and private dining revenue.
• Develop new event propositions and experiences for celebrations and gatherings.
• Lead the bookings team to ensure timely inquiries and conversion.
• Manage key events from enquiry to delivery with impeccable execution.
