Job summary

Mowgli is seeking a Booking Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team based in Knutsford. You will handle restaurant booking enquiries by phone and through our system, acting as the first point of contact for customers and delivering great service.

This temporary role offers weekends and the potential for permanence after three months; generous benefits include 30 days holiday, wage advance, world travel opportunities, holidays on major days, and food discounts on shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with bookings is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Familiarity with events and reservations and booking systems is desirable.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

To help us on our mission, we are looking for a Bookings Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team based in Knutsford.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Assist with all restaurant booking enquiries both over the phone and through our booking system,
• Be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with great customer service throughout,
• Ideally have previous experience with events and reservations as well as booking systems,
• And confidently manage their time well and have strong organisational skills.

This is a temporary role with the possibleopportunityfor apermanent role after 3 months and given the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who also has a flexible schedule and who is available to work weekends.
