Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking an Events Operations Manager to oversee the procurement and delivery of events and meetings under the Deputy General Manager. You will manage day-to-day conference and meeting room activities and work with sales teams to grow business.

There is a focus on maintaining high service levels, planning menus and beverages, and liaising with suppliers and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the conference and meeting room areas
• Actively promote Titanic Hotel Belfast to generate business with new and existing clients
• Liaise with other departments to ensure events run smoothly
• Assist with pricing and planning of banquet menus, beverages and wine lists
• Coordinate with suppliers and in-house stores for conference and banqueting needs
• Contribute to department meetings and monitor quality, guest satisfaction and operating costs
