The Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Housekeeping Manager in delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across the hotel’s 119 bedrooms. You'll manage daily tasks, supervise team members, ensure rooms and corridors meet company standards, cover shifts, control costs, and contribute to training and development in a historic, luxury setting in Belfast.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the effective operation of the housekeeping department.
• Ensure bedrooms and corridors meet company standards and are serviced promptly for Reception.
• Cover shifts as per rotas and supervise team members.
• Maintain stock of clean linen and ensure service rooms are well equipped.
• Report maintenance requests and follow up where necessary.
• Contribute to cost control and budget targets for the department.
• Attend training sessions and support team development.
