London Business School are excited to be recruiting for an Events Manager to join our specialist Events Team on a fixed-term basis until February 2026.
The Events Manager will workin partnership with stakeholders across the School, toplan and deliver high quality events that bring the London Business School brand to life and engage and inspire our audiences.
Leveraging your specialist events expertise, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of high profile events, including speaker series, international events, conferences, donor cultivation activities, receptions, Faculty and Research Institute activities, graduation ceremonies and engagement events.
You will project manage the delivery of physical, hybrid and virtual events, ensuring that the right resources, both internal and external, are deployed within budget and in support of agreed objectives. You will work with stakeholders to analyse and evaluate the ROI and impact of events.
Please note, this role will involve some evening and weekend work due to the nature of our events.
This role will start mid-July 2026 until the end of February 2026.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus at least 2 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
